BATTEX Battery Dynal Flockoffers mechanical reinforcement to the lead oxide paste on the grid of batteryplate, thereby reducing oxide shredding and preventing premature failure of thebattery. These flocks improve the life of the battery, thus making the batterylast longer.

ADVANTAGES of BATTEX Battery Flock

                 flock, beingpure polypropylene is resistant to chlorine molecule. Thus there is nochance of chlorine contamination in the battery. (Mod acrylic contains chlorinemolecule.)

         flock is resistantto acids, alkalis, most organic solvents, oxidizing agents and heat. Particularlyit is resistant to 1.280 sp. gr. sulphuric acid. Moreover it is non-biodegradable.Thus it provides long lasting reinforcement to the paste on the batteryplate.

        BATTEX Battery Flocksare cheaper compared to imported materials and are readily available.Moreover, being import substitute, it helps in saving precious foreignexchange and generates local employment.

Dosage

0.1% (wt/wt) of the dry weight of the paste. It is recommended tooptimize the dosage to suit the requirement.

It is available in packs of 10 / 25 kgs. Customize packing can bemade on request. Store in cool and dry place.
