PP Construction Fiber

CETEX polypropylene (PP) Construction fibers are hydrophobic, which do not absorb the water, and are non- corrosive. Moreover, the polypropylene fibers have excellent resistance against alkali, chemicals and chloride and have low heat conductivity.

These are Polypropylene (PP) macro fibers of 40 mm length for reinforcement in concrete. The long length of the fiber holds different components of concrete together, thereby providing a better reinforcement thus increases the strength and properties of concrete.

Concrete possesses high compressive strength but it is very brittle and weak in tension. Unlike traditional steel bars, CETEX construction fibers are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete mix and they become an integral part of the concrete. These fibers form network that reaches every section of the concrete for uniform 3 dimensional reinforcement. Addition of fibres results in increase in tensile strength and flexural strength. Hence it is ideal for seismic designs and high strength concrete.

These are Polypropylene (PP) synthetic fibers of 24mm length. These micro fibers are used in concrete mixing machines. They prevent crack formation and provide reinforcement.

CETEX CPPST are graded (mixed length) Polypropylene(PP) synthetic fibers suitable for various concrete structural works. It is a blend of 24 to 50mm length fibers. Each fiber being longer than maximum size of aggregate, hence each and every strand of fiber is effectively reinforces.

These are polypropylene of 6 mm cut length. These micro fibers prevent crack formation and provide reinforcement. They are mainly used in plasters in finishing coat, for ornamental castings for crack prevention and as well as additional reinforcement.
