CETEX HRWR High Range Water Reducer is the high-performance super plasticiser used to improve the properties of concreteHRWR has high efficiency hence its low doses offer results in improved properties of concrete and concrete strength. It reduces the water requirement, provides slump protection.

 

MECHANISM

When CETEXHRWR is added to concrete, it decreases bleeding and material separation& reduces water requirement by at least 30%. CETEX HRWR is used to reduce the water-cement ratio, increase durability, enhance workability, and increase the concretes overall strength. This type of admixture is often used in the construction industry to improve the properties of concrete.

 

USES

CETEX HRWR is used in all types of cement mixes for production of free flowing concrete such as slabs, foundations, walls, beams, columns and piers; bridges, cantilever structure and foundations; slender component with dense reinforcement.

DOSAGE

100 500 ml per 50 kg of cement is recommended. However, field trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage to achieve the required condition of the mix. Dosage may vary due to changes in ingredient sources and ambient conditions like weather, etc.


DIRECTION OF USE

CETEX HRWR should be added to the concrete mix during the mixing cycle after addition of water or premixed in dosing water. Never add the admixture to the dry mix.

CETEX HRWR is available in 230 kg pack or bulk. Store in frost-free condition away from sunlight or extreme heat. For best result, use within one year of opening the seal.
