Application Methods

Clean the surface before application. If there is any coating onthe surface, for example curing compound, oil, dust etc., it should be removed.Fill and repair all holes, cracks and deteriorated areas. For best result, thesurface should be touch dry to allow DLD penetrate the pores and react.

DLD is ready to use material. It can be applied on old or newclean surface by using a low-pressure sprayer or brush.

For Horizontalsurfaces, apply enough DLD to keep the surfacewet for 20 minutes. If areas dry out before that, apply more DLD. In hot, dry or windy conditions dampen concretebefore application to prevent flash drying.

Forvertical surfaces apply from the bottom and move upwards. For maximumpenetration and desired coverage rates, a wet-on-wet application isrecommended; retreat within three to five minutes after initial application.Repeated applications should be made until the surface remains moist for aminute or so before solution disappears.

 Restrictmovement on treated surface for at least 1 hour. Paintingon treated surface should be done after 2 days.

CETEX LD is available in 50 kg carboyor 220 kg plastic barrel.

STORAGE

When stored in anairtight, sealed container in normal conditions has a shelf life of 12 monthsfrom date of shipment.
